Summary: Some hapless Indians risk their lives to earn a daily wage of 80 U.S. cents or less. Ramulamma's husband, a rickshaw puller, was one such Indian -- a victim of this year's blazing summer.  Now, the 45-year-old widow, ailing from fluoride poisoning for the last 15 years, has to fend for herself and her teenaged son.
